SCHOOL HISTORY:

The International Picture Framers School was formed as the Canadian Picture Framers School in 1987 in British Columbia and expanded to Ontario in 1990. Students have come from all parts of Canada, from many parts of the United States and from as far away as S. Africa, Kuwait, UAR, The Caribbean, UK, India, Japan and the Middle East. They have included many who were either planning to start their own business for the first time or those who wanted to change their vocation to picture framing. Artists and professional photographers have taken the course in order to complement their existing professions. Many graduates own and operate successful picture framing enterprises.


PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP:

The International Picture Framers Schoolis a private school and is a member of, and is recognized by the Professional Picture Framers Association.
